How do I place an order?
Browse the Standard Collection and add items to your cart, or use the Bespoke Order form for custom commissions. You can also contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are eligible for same-day delivery across Sandton, Rosebank, Morningside, Hyde Park, Bryanston, Melrose, and surrounding suburbs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and cash on delivery. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly.
Can I include a personalised message with my order?
Yes. There is a message field during checkout. All messages are printed on a Maison Fleur card and included with the arrangement.
What is the Private Collection?
The Private Collection is a limited selection of arrangements not available in the Standard Collection. Access is by request only. You can apply via the Private Collection page.
How long will my arrangement last?
With correct care, your arrangement will remain beautiful for seven to ten days. A care guide is included with every delivery.
Do you handle wedding and event florals?
Yes. We offer full wedding and event floral services, including bridal bouquets, table centrepieces, ceremony installations, and reception arrangements. Contact us to discuss your brief.
