Every arrangement is prepared to order and delivered at the time you specify. The handover is handled with the same care as the arrangement itself.
How delivery works.

Choose from the Standard Collection or request a bespoke arrangement through our commission form.

Specify
Indicate your preferred delivery date, two-hour time window, and the delivery address.

Confirm
Complete payment via card, EFT, or cash on delivery. You will receive an order confirmation immediately.

Receive
Your arrangement arrives in signature packaging at the agreed time. A photo confirmation is sent on delivery.

Accepted methods.
Credit / Debit Card
Visa and Mastercard accepted. Processed securely at checkout via our payment gateway. No card details are stored.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Bank transfer details are provided upon order confirmation. Orders are prepared once payment reflects.
Cash on Delivery
Available within standard delivery zones. Exact amount is preferred. Our driver carries limited change.
Instant EFT (SnapScan / Ozow)
Instant EFT via SnapScan or Ozow is accepted for immediate order confirmation without waiting for bank processing.
Signature presentation.
Every arrangement is wrapped in unbleached kraft paper and secured with a forest green silk ribbon. A handwritten note card on Maison Fleur card stock is included with all orders.
Arrangements in glass vases are delivered in a custom protective outer box, designed to maintain the integrity of the arrangement during transit.
All packaging is designed to be reused or composted. We do not use single-use plastic in any of our packaging.
