Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Maison Fleur reserves the right to substitute flowers of equivalent quality and value where specific varieties are unavailable. You will be notified of any substitutions prior to delivery.

2. Delivery

Delivery is available within the specified zones listed on our Delivery page. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the stated cutoff time. Maison Fleur is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept credit and debit cards, EFT, and cash on delivery. For EFT payments, delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Quality Guarantee

All arrangements are prepared to our defined quality standard. If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders are non-refundable once the arrangement has been prepared. Changes to bespoke orders must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled preparation time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
